Become an Anchor and Calm Center during the Storm
How do we relate and respond to these challenging times? Some people will simply freak out, but with the right tools we can not only stay clam and centered for ourselves, but also be an anchor and lighthouse to others whom have lost there way. In this session we will work on the top three things that Yogi Bhajan said we need to strengthento survive the stress and pressure of the times; Our Magnetic field, Navel Center and Nervous system. Though the experience of pranayam, a Kundalini Yoga Kriya, a deep gong relaxation and Meditation you will gain some new tools for your toolkit to carry you through the times ahead.
I invite everyone to join me to experience the Aquarian Sadhana! Yogi Bhahan, master of Kundalini Yoga gave us the Aquarian Sadhana to carry us through the Aquarian Age. This sadhana prepares our psyches to excel in the new environments and coming decades. We will need intuition, stamina, both physical and mental, self-awareness, and a new depth of spiritual experience that can hold our identity in the face of global changes, relentless competition, information overload, and ecological and environmental challenges.
Schedule for Morning Aquarian Sadhana:
4:45 – 5:00 am: Preparation for sadhana (Ishnaan or Hydrotherapy is recommended) *See https://www.3ho.org/3ho-lifestyle/daily-routine/hydrotherapy
5:00 – 5:20 am: Recitation of JapJi Sahib (Reciting the entire Japji daily will balance all aspects of your self and activate your soul.)
5:20 – 5:45 am Kundalini Yoga Kriya 5:45 – 5: 53 am Deep relaxation.
5:53– 6:55 am: The Aquarian Sadhana Mantra Meditations for 62 minutes.
6:55 – 7:00 am: Contemplative Moments/Prayer/ Optional Hukam, or reading, from the Siri Guru Granth Sahib which contains a written form of the Shabd Guru.
