Discover the benefits of Kundalini Yoga by joining us for a yoga class at Moccasin Springs. Suitable for all levels of experience, I will safely guide you to explore your body's capabilites as well as your inner landscape. You will experience a wide range of tools such as pranayam (breathing techniques), Asana (physical postures) and meditations that you can easily incorporate into your own practice. Kundalini yoga classes often include a gong relaxation (if there's time) which helps restore your nervous system.
These classes are designed for all levels. You do what you can creating room for increased awareness, flexibility and lung capacity.
