With the Spring comes opportunities for new growth to emerge!
I have found no better way to support my personal growth than practicing Kundalini Yoga. This technology has personally helped me to develop an awareness of my hidden self and unconscious habits formed from childhood impressions and lifes’ let-downs; Transform & Create new healthier habits to become a more Whole & Integrated being. Though Kundalini Yoga is an excellent way to improve your physically well-being, it is this deeper transformational experience that allows me to Prosper and Thrive.
I am back from my winter retreat and Invite you to join me in experiencing this amazing technology! Beginning April 3rd, I will be back at the Flatirons Inn Yoga Studio:
745 River Street. Monday & Wednesday Mornings from 10-11:15am
Each session usually includes: some warm-ups, A Kryia (set of exercises for a particular purpose), a gong relaxation & a meditation.
This practice is for everyone, no matter what level of fitness you are at. No prior yoga experience is required, just a simple desire and openness to try out new things.
To join me simply, arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class entering from the River Street entrance. (the door to the right of the yoga sign in the window) Then open the door to your left and enter the cozy library where you can take off your shoes, hang up your coat, get some water or tea if you wish. Then through the next doorway (the quiet zone) turn left and straight down the hall to the Yoga Studio. There are yoga mats, blankets and other props available, or you can feel free to bring your own if you want. No special yoga clothes are required, just something comfortable to move in.
